Refund & Return Policy (Applicable Only Within China)

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • Refunds and returns are only applicable to customers within the People’s Republic of China.
  • To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@higrowtech.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Warranty Policy (Applicable Outside China)

Coverage:

  • Our warranty applies to HiGrowTech products purchased outside China.
  • The warranty period varies by product type and is specified in the product documentation.

Warranty Claims:

  • To file a warranty claim, register your product online and submit the issue through our support form.
  • Claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to verification.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Failure to meet performance specifications.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or natural disasters.

Warranty Policy (Applicable Within China)

Coverage:

  • HiGrowTech products purchased and installed within China are covered under a warranty for repair or replacement within the specified warranty period.
  • The product must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the installation manual shipped with each product.

Warranty Claims:

  • If a product is damaged despite proper installation and operation, HiGrowTech is responsible for:
    • Repairing the product within the warranty period.
    • Replacing the product if repair is not feasible.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and warranty registration when requesting service.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Shipping costs to return the product to HiGrowTech (if applicable).
  • Any labor costs associated with the replacement or repair (outside the company’s direct repair service).

Special Cases:

  • If a custom warranty contract exists, the terms of that contract will supersede the standard policy.

🚚 Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • HiGrowTech is responsible for shipping the product to the destination country.
  • Once the product reaches customs clearance, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees or procedures required for clearance.
  • HiGrowTech will provide necessary documents to assist with customs clearance but does not guarantee clearance.

Undelivered Goods:

  • If goods fail to reach customs clearance or the destination country, the buyer may be eligible for a claim.
  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
  • HiGrowTech will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

🛠 Post-Delivery Claims & Warranty Coverage

Claims After Delivery:

  • For issues arising after delivery, the warranty policy applies.
  • The product must have been installed, operated, and maintained according to the installation manual provided.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • Guidance on part replacement procedures.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Shipping costs for returning defective parts.
  • Labor costs associated with part replacement.

In-China Warranty:

  • If the product is located within China, HiGrowTech will handle repair or replacement at no additional cost to the buyer.

📄 Special Warranty Contracts

Custom Agreements:

  • If a special warranty contract exists between HiGrowTech and the buyer, the terms of that contract will supersede the standard refund, return, and warranty policies.
  • Both parties are bound by the terms outlined in the custom agreement.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

In Case of Dissatisfaction:

  • If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to engage a mutually agreed-upon third party for mediation or arbitration.
  • The location and governing laws for dispute resolution will be specified in the contract or agreement.
